Shinshu University has a partnership with Mongolian University of Science and Technology including the Student Exchange Program.
Shinshu University Application Guide for 2023 Fall has been released on the website:

If you have a strong desire to study at Shinshu University, you can submit your proof of English language proficiency, the transcript of academic records, and CV to odonchimeg@must.edu.mn before 25 February,2023.
Please note that even if you are accepted, the Exchange Student Program at Shinshu will not be able to provide housing for you, and you will be placed in a private apartment. The exchance student shall pay the required fees, such as tuition fees, to the home institution (MUST)
