Greetings to all of the faculty, staff, students, their families, alumni, and distinguished partners of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST), the inception of specialists in engineering and technology!
The historic journey of our university, which contributes substantially to the development and progress of our country, began in 1959 with the commencement of training construction engineers and industrial engineering-economists in Mongolia.
Today, the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) operates with 11 constituent schools, 2 local affiliated schools, 3 colleges, and 3 general education high schools.
In accordance with the "MUST-2030 Strategic Plan," we are guiding our university's activities and goals to raise engineering education and research, which is the main engine of Mongolia's economy, to international standards in addition to being a creator and distributor of contemporary reforms, innovations, technology transfers, and new knowledge in science and education.
Within the framework of Mongolia's long-term development policy "Vision 2050," the Government Action Program of Mongolia, and the New Recovery Policy, numerous industrial and infrastructural development projects and programs are being implemented. As a major national university, we face the crucial role and responsibility of supplying skilled engineering and technology professionals while creatively establishing and maximizing the benefits of public-private partnerships.
Keeping pace with global development trends in education, science, research, and innovation is the noble duty and near-term goal of the MUST academic community. In an era where engineering education is rapidly transforming alongside the development of advanced new techniques and technologies, we are progressively implementing reforms by organizing teaching and research in new forms, seeking out novel methodologies, technologies, and opportunities. Through our resources and partnerships, we have strengthened our material base for teaching and research with modern, leading laboratories and equipment, improved learning environments for students and research conditions for faculty-researchers, and achieved significant progress in academic research development.
We warmly welcome you to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and conduct joint research in the fields of engineering, technology, humanities, and business, with which our skilled researchers will be delighted to collaborate.
