Outstanding Article Award for 2015

IJKCDT's new professional language editor is Ilene Freedman. “History Document Image Background Noise and Removal Methods” was chosen for the Best Article Award for 2015 from a strong field of publications this year. This article was not only well organized and effectively presented but its topic was particularly timely given that so many libraries, library consortia, and historical organizations are new digitizing their historical paper document collections.
