The completed application must be accompanied by the following documents in Mongolian or English. Translations must be submitted with the original version of the documents if another language is used.

- full curriculum vitae
- authenticated copies of the academic certificate, diploma or transcripts accompanied
by an explanation of the grading system
- health certificate
- two recommendation letters from senior acedemics from the applicant's field,
which contain information on the applicant's academic or artistic abilities and
should indicate clearly the referee's title and academic status
- detailed and precise description of study or research in which the applicant is involved
